Median home listing prices in the Farmington Hills real estate market are in the upper $200s, an increase of about 11 percent over last year. Two-bedroom homes have seen the greatest year-over-year price gains, while three-beds have seen the slowest growth. The median price per square foot is $127. Split-level ranch, colonial, and contemporary are among the most common architectural styles in Farmington Hills.
