The median listing price of homes for sale in the Ann Arbor real estate market is in the low $300s, averaging about $180 per square foot, an increase of six percent over last year. About 46 percent of Ann Arbor residents are homeowners, and the median cost of rent is about $1,500 per month.

Single family home prices start in the low $100s for two to three bedrooms in just under 900 square feet.
